Hi, I’m Carley Haynes—ADHD Coach and Advocate
I’m so glad you’re here. As a trained ADHD coach through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and a student of Psychological Science at Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my coaching.
My journey with ADHD began after my son was diagnosed, sparking a deep dive into understanding what ADHD is all about. What I discovered felt surprisingly familiar, and at the age of 42, I was also diagnosed—a story that resonates with so many others in the ADHD community.
I know what it’s like to navigate life with ADHD, from the struggles and self-doubt to the grief and endless “what-ifs.” As both a parent and individual with ADHD, I’ve experienced the frustration and longing for clarity firsthand.
And that’s why I’m here—to help you break free from the cycle of overwhelm and create a more fulfilling, balanced life.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Think of it as hiring an objective partner to help you organize your thoughts, focus on what matters most, and take actionable steps toward the life you want.
Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the present and future, emphasizing the “what” instead of the “why.” Together, we’ll work as equals to uncover practical strategies and solutions tailored to your unique needs.
Why Do People Come to Coaching?
Many individuals with ADHD seek coaching for support with:
-
Executive functioning
-
Time management and overcoming time blindness
-
Organization and productivity
Others simply want clarity, focus, and a better way to navigate life’s challenges. Whatever your goals may be—big or small—I’m here to help you achieve them.
